Y’all everytime I think I’ve found my new fav Shantel Tessier book she writes another one！ I cannot say enough great things about Shantel and her books！ Carnage was amazing from start to finish and I could not put it down！ In my personal opinion I suggest reading them in order from the ritual- sinner- sacrifice- carnage- HOWEVER you do NOT have to because it can be read as a stand alone！ As always please check the trigger warnings and buckle up because this is a WILD FUN RIDE 😈

CarnageAs expected Shantel has blessed us with another dark and yummy read！ Please be sure to check triggers if you have any。 This book is filled with tons of plot twists and spice。 I am going to highly recommend reads the lords series by her first before you read this book。 Buckle up and enjoy the ride known as Saint Beckham Carter。

This is the 5th book in this phenomenal series， and this is Saint and Ashtyn’s journey。 The Lords are a secret society， and have their paths destined from the moment they are born， and Carnage is where the Lords who have not held up to their oaths， are sent。Ashtyn is the daughter of a Spade， and her destiny is to marry one of the sons of a Spade， but she has loved Saint for a long time， and he will stop at nothing to get her。 This is a well written story which is an emotional roller coaster， tol This is the 5th book in this phenomenal series， and this is Saint and Ashtyn’s journey。 The Lords are a secret society， and have their paths destined from the moment they are born， and Carnage is where the Lords who have not held up to their oaths， are sent。Ashtyn is the daughter of a Spade， and her destiny is to marry one of the sons of a Spade， but she has loved Saint for a long time， and he will stop at nothing to get her。 This is a well written story which is an emotional roller coaster， told in a dual POV’s， with family， friendships， reverse harem， jealousy， unpredictable twists， secrets society’s， possessiveness， and love， which leads to an entertaining， and steamy dark revenge romance。I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend。 。。。more

I honestly do not know how to start this review and it has taken me some time to even attempt to do it。 Shantel always seems to write the most amazing characters， with plots that intertwine， leave you on the edge and will take you to steamy places you could never have dreamed of。。。。。。but this blows all her previous books out of the water！！ She has introduced us to the darkest of the dark。。。。。。Carnage！！ Saint， Haidyn and Kashton are on another level of dangerous and make Sin and Ryat look like Sc I honestly do not know how to start this review and it has taken me some time to even attempt to do it。 Shantel always seems to write the most amazing characters， with plots that intertwine， leave you on the edge and will take you to steamy places you could never have dreamed of。。。。。。but this blows all her previous books out of the water！！ She has introduced us to the darkest of the dark。。。。。。Carnage！！ Saint， Haidyn and Kashton are on another level of dangerous and make Sin and Ryat look like School boys！ On more than one occasion i had my heart in my mouth， i don't think ive read a book so quickly！ This is by far my favourite book of 2023 and i cant wait for the other two spade brothers to get their HEA！ 。。。more

So I had very very high hopes for this one， especially after seeing all of the early reviews。 I liked the story for the most part butttt was not a 5🌟 read for me sadly。 Pros: I enjoyed Ash and honestly I even liked saint。 I liked the other two guys as well（I’m not going to attempt to spell their names rn Lmaoo）。 I liked seeing all of the characters from the other books。 The spice was GOOD。 I liked the sharing， it was written really well。 I loved seeing inside carnage as we saw small snippets in So I had very very high hopes for this one， especially after seeing all of the early reviews。 I liked the story for the most part butttt was not a 5🌟 read for me sadly。 Pros: I enjoyed Ash and honestly I even liked saint。 I liked the other two guys as well（I’m not going to attempt to spell their names rn Lmaoo）。 I liked seeing all of the characters from the other books。 The spice was GOOD。 I liked the sharing， it was written really well。 I loved seeing inside carnage as we saw small snippets in other books。 Cons: it felt very angsty the entire book， and as it felt really long the book drained me。 While it takes a lot to make me uncomfortable I’m a bit annoyed that Ash had to go through SO MUCH before she got her hea。 Felt like there were so many side pieces that things honestly got a bit confusing in my opinion。 I do plan to read all the books in the series as they come out but I felt like Ash had to go through too much in this one。 。。。more

I knew I was going to get a dark suspenseful read with Carnage。But holy smokes this went so far beyond that！It’s a dark， raw and gritty story。Saint is obsessed with Ashtyn。 Yes he absolutely loves her but Saint style。Him， Kashton and Haidyn are complex and multidimensional characters。Each one of them is intriguing and unique。 While this is Saint’s story his two brothers play a pivotal role in the story。Raised to rule Carnage， the Spade Brothers are ruthless and without mercy to those that wrong I knew I was going to get a dark suspenseful read with Carnage。But holy smokes this went so far beyond that！It’s a dark， raw and gritty story。Saint is obsessed with Ashtyn。 Yes he absolutely loves her but Saint style。Him， Kashton and Haidyn are complex and multidimensional characters。Each one of them is intriguing and unique。 While this is Saint’s story his two brothers play a pivotal role in the story。Raised to rule Carnage， the Spade Brothers are ruthless and without mercy to those that wrong them。And deadly to their enemies。 Men and women alike fear them。 But that isn’t enough stop their attraction towards these three sexy and deadly men。Ashtyn is the daughter of a Spade。 She’s known her whole life how things would go for her。Be the Lady to a Spade son。 Which she was thrilled with。 Especially if that son was Saint。While I was absolutely taken with Saint and his brothers， I didn’t really connect with Ash。I found her to be shallow and one dimensional。 Ninety-five percent of the book she was crying and snot nosed。 And ninety-nine percent she was horny and wanting to get fucked。 She wasn’t a bad person nor mean。 Certainly not cruel like Saint。 Ash just always had one thing on her mind so maybe that’s why I just couldn’t feel a connection with her。 The plot and storyline is complex and intricate。 It’s freaking intense and utterly stunning。There are so many twist and turns。 So many lies and horrible betrayals。 Just absolutely mind blowing。I was gripped and captivated with the story。 But the last quarter had me on the edge of my seat。My heart was thumping wildly and I just couldn’t read fast enough to get to the next page to see what would happen next。 Ms。 Tessier weaves together a tale that is unpredictable and so fascinating。The depraved and vile things that take place left me speechless。 And the revelations that are revealed had by stunned。 The writing is golden。 It brought out many emotions and feeling in me。From rage to sadness， tears to happiness。 I was all over the map while reading the book。It’s also freaking dirty， wicked and an absolutely DO NOT READ IN PUBLIC story！ 。。。more

SAINT BECKHAM CARTER！！！ Not going to lie。。。 this book gave me so much anxiety but it was worth every minute。 I have wanted the Spade brothers story since they were introduced in the series and boy did she deliver。 Carnage and the Spade brothers have pretty much been a mystery since the beginning and it was exciting to learn more about them and what they do。 "If you don’t believe in hell， the Spade brothers will change your mind。 They are a special kind of Lord。 They will sit on their thrones and SAINT BECKHAM CARTER！！！ Not going to lie。。。 this book gave me so much anxiety but it was worth every minute。 I have wanted the Spade brothers story since they were introduced in the series and boy did she deliver。 Carnage and the Spade brothers have pretty much been a mystery since the beginning and it was exciting to learn more about them and what they do。 "If you don’t believe in hell， the Spade brothers will change your mind。 They are a special kind of Lord。 They will sit on their thrones and watch you burn to death for eternity with the fire they started。 They give no f*cks and have no limits。 They collect the names they are given， and erase you from the world as if you never existed， and make you wish that was the truth。"Something I did really enjoy about this book that I feel you don't get from the others is that Ashtyn and Saint wanted to be together from the beginning。 And I loved the relationship that the brothers had with her。 Haidyn （oh my heart） is such a big grumpy teddy。 The things he did for her even knowing what the consequences could be。。。 and his confession 😭 My heart beats for that man。 And the spice。。。 holy hotness。 There was quite a bit of miscommunication going on but it really made this story work so well。 What's a Lords book without the drama though？ Speaking of Lords。。。 They all came to play in this one and that made me giddy （yes I said giddy）。 She also brought in some from another series that I will have to read now because I am highly curious。 And now that I am rambling I will leave you with this。。。"I’m not who she loved。 I’m a different man now。 I’ve seen what hell looks like， and I’ve embraced it， become it。 Now， I will drag her down into the depths of it with me by the chains that I lock her up in， and we will burn together。"And as always。。。 a lovely little reminder to take those content warning seriously because your mental health matters and this is dark！ 。。。more

I’m going to need time to recover from this book， Saint Beckham Carter has ruined me in the absolute best filthy ways！ If you have any triggers then please be sure to read all the trigger warnings before diving into this gorgeous book。 Now if you have read the about the LORDS in previous books then you will know about Carnage & a hint of the Spade Brothers， you will also know that those brothers are responsible for bringing hell to those whom have been brought to them。 Saint always knew he would I’m going to need time to recover from this book， Saint Beckham Carter has ruined me in the absolute best filthy ways！ If you have any triggers then please be sure to read all the trigger warnings before diving into this gorgeous book。 Now if you have read the about the LORDS in previous books then you will know about Carnage & a hint of the Spade Brothers， you will also know that those brothers are responsible for bringing hell to those whom have been brought to them。 Saint always knew he would become a LORD as well as his position as one of the Spade Brothers， so when the time came for initiation when he got to Barrington University he was as ready as he could be because he knew they would put him through hell & it was his job to survive it。 Being around the others that he called his brothers he became obsessed with Adams twin sister Ashtyn Lane Price， he knew one day he would have her as his chosen senior year & he would ruin her in the best ways。 Ash always knew her future would lead her to be a LORDS lady one day， but she always hoped it would be Saint even if she was attracted to three of the Spade Brothers， Saint was the one she wanted & craved。 Her awful mother had her thinking something was wrong with her due to how much she enjoyed watching porn & had started taking her to therapy to brainwash her into thinking awful things about herself or that she was no longer innocent due to her lifestyle。 Now the therapist Laura whom I was shocked to find out was also Ellie’s mother did some awful things that included Ashtyn’s innocence， but Saint was prepared at the vow ceremony。 Let’s get to some of filth that happen after that ceremony because I was having to pick my jaw off the floor multiple times！ Saint has no problem sharing his whore with his brothers Kashton & Haidyn as long as they only stick to her mouth or her ass， as well as he is always in control of when she finishes。 When Ash does escape with help of course （which when I found out who helped & their feelings my heart skipped a beat）， she finds herself working in a strip club with some pretty shady people if you ask especially the cliental。 When Saint brings her back to her now hell， things get pretty crazy & rough， but let’s be honest Ash loves the pain especially when it comes from Saint。 He showed no sympathy when it came to her cries or during her training， he was hurt that she left him & didn’t even try to come back to him。 When ACE takes her & tries to break her， I was shaking with rage and crying because I felt so much for her， she put up with a lot & went through some even rougher things， but she still kept going。 That last 20% of the book had my heart breaking one minute & then doing flips the next。 The storyline keeps you on the edge of your seat till the very end， so be prepared & patient because I promise you the ending is so damn worth it。 The author has had me hooked since the beginning & I cannot wait to see who is next of the Spade Brothers but I have hope it’s going to include the strong Jasmine in it。 。。。more

Shantel writes some of the best books I have read so。 Firstly it was nice to see some old friends from other books make an appearance and tie in the Lords with Carnage。 The Spade brothers are just on a different level than the Lords。 The story took so many turns and it was nice to be able to follow the 4 year time in which everything happened。 I had very mixed feelings over the female lead in the beginning but towards the end I liked her and was impressed by her own wildlings to keep going and e Shantel writes some of the best books I have read so。 Firstly it was nice to see some old friends from other books make an appearance and tie in the Lords with Carnage。 The Spade brothers are just on a different level than the Lords。 The story took so many turns and it was nice to be able to follow the 4 year time in which everything happened。 I had very mixed feelings over the female lead in the beginning but towards the end I liked her and was impressed by her own wildlings to keep going and endure it all。 This book has a lot of triggers and that should not be taking lightly。 I am excited to read the rest of these books in the series 。。。more

unpopular opinion: i didn't like this book。 I found it to be super redundant or focused more on sex then an actual plot。 Yes i have read the authors books， so i know smut is a primary plot line of her books。 But this book seems like all that it is。。 I felt like there wasnt a reason for part one since once Ash is back at Carnage， its part one all over again。 Saint sneaking in and doing things to her while sleeping， or degrading her at ever turn。 By no means am i shamming it because some girls lov unpopular opinion: i didn't like this book。 I found it to be super redundant or focused more on sex then an actual plot。 Yes i have read the authors books， so i know smut is a primary plot line of her books。 But this book seems like all that it is。。 I felt like there wasnt a reason for part one since once Ash is back at Carnage， its part one all over again。 Saint sneaking in and doing things to her while sleeping， or degrading her at ever turn。 By no means am i shamming it because some girls love it。。 I just need a plot at some point， and at 70% i didn't feel like a plot has been established yet。 There may have had a sprinkle here and there， but nothing major。 There is no reason that this book had to be 600+ pages。。 easily could have removed part one and have a few chapters explaining their relationship。 I did like the fact that a lot of characters from other books make an appearance in the book。 Not only past LORDS but also the KINGS， tbh it made me want to go back and read BONES。 Now that was a series that I devoured。 I did sadly DNF the book at 70% since i found myself skipping most of what I was reading。 I just got bored of the book and most of the spicy chapters were already done previously。。 The book and writing itself isnt bad， which is why i gave the book 3 stars。。 but it just wasn't for me。 。。。more

it was okay… I’ve loved the series but this book was just meh… it said it wasn’t RH and possessive MC but when i think possessive i don’t think sharing… which he did share。 Idk it felt a little overhyped in my opinion。
